SINGER/SONGWRITER GATHERING - Creek Bottom Brewing will hold a singer/songwriter event sponsored by SERFA (Southeast Region Folk Alliance) on Wed, Feb 18 from 6:30 – 9 pm. Johnny Williams will host the event. It is open to the public. Pizza buffet, tea and soft drinks are provided. Anyone wanting to perform contact Johnny Williams at grasstank@mindspring.com. Learn the basics of metal fabrication- using 2' square piece of 20 gauge sheet metal. Learn how to cut using a plasma cutter, how to shape and texture metal using grinders, hammers and files, and weld a hanger on the back. No experience necessary. Foster your own creativity in producing metal art. Both sheet and scrap metal will be used to make a variety of objects.
