Who the heck are we? Sara June Nottestad is the founder of Galax News LLC and editor of The Neighborly. She's a member of the National Writer's Union and has 7+ years experience in freelance writing and publishing. She's the daughter of a Lutheran minister and grew up in Koochiching County Minnesota and Winneshiek County Iowa. Her husband calls her an expensive entrepreneur but after 31-years of marriage, he just can't leave her behind. Besides, she does his laundry. They moved to Galax in 2021 to be near family.
